How do I place an order?

Select your items, choose size and color, then add to cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete the payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, ... for secure transactions.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship to Europe and North America. Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2-5 business days
  • North America: 4-6 business days
How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Contact customersupport@tatianne.co to start a return.
How do I return an item?
  1. Email customersupport@tatianne.co with your order details.
  2. We’ll provide the supplier’s return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item directly to the supplier using a tracked shipping method.
Can I exchange an item?

Yes! Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue:

  • Store credit for future purchases
Who covers return and exchange shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How long does it take to receive a refund or exchange?

Refunds: Processed within 8-10 business days after the supplier approves the return.

Exchanges: Once the supplier receives and inspects the returned item, we will ship the exchange within 3-5 business days, depending on availability.
